A large amount of unstructured documents is produced within companies, such as for example documents managed with MS Word and MS Excel. Globe is an innovative tool that can produce and manage all these documents by organizing them in a structured and safe way.
 
It is possible to use  a native integration with MS Office world based on models, in order to standardize and speed up the creation of documents.
 
Globe allows to manage versions and any formal update (e.g. documentation about procedures / manuals).
 
While saving the document, moreover, Globe allows to automatically generate the PDF image, that can be used to send the document.
 
A dedicated module implements the eventual automatic attaching of a barcode on the front page of the producted PDF document. 
With this mode you can, for example, acquire automatically a sell offer, signed and stamped by a customer (management of the signed copy).
